An average person rides in the car for about 500 thousand miles, Venus is about 30 million miles away, Mars is about 50 million miles away, I feel a limited number of practical steps involving mostly the resources already present on those planets and a limited number of payloads from outside them could be thought out such that the surface temperatures on them would be within a narrow range around 70° and their surface oxygen levels would be at approximately 21%, we should be especially encouraged by the recent discovery that the surface temperature of a planet like ours(Earth) would trend higher upon increase in concentration of carbon dioxide(CO₂) in our atmosphere.| Feng Zhou |
