We had lunch at Dynasty Restaurant in San Jose's Little Saigon Vietnam Town neighborhood yesterday. They pushed the dim sum carts around each table. It has been more than one year since I last saw those pushcarts at dim sum restaurants. With the food in the pushcarts, customers can choose and eat in short order. The offering of indoor dining with pushcart service at Dynasty, I think, represents the high vaccination rate of our community and strict adherence to self-quarantine rules of the visitors to our area. It's truly worthy of celebrating the progress our community has made in controlling the spread of the coronavirus. There're 7 billion people in the world. In our past travels, we hardly met anyone who didn't think of visiting San Francisco bay area someday. So let's keep making the effort in pushing the case count low in our community and hope the vaccine will reach more people's arms in the world. In good health, |
