A thousand soccer fans would come up with a thousand reasons why US men's soccer team didn't win the 2018 FIFA World Cup, I think if a few more players' feet on our team had turned hotter in the qualifiers and the ball had bounced against our players' hot feet here and there on the field and gone past between our opponents' goal posts a few more times, if we had a few more brilliant passes, a few more brilliant dribbles, a few more brilliant juggles, and a few more brilliant slides than our opponents, we could have gotten closer to the cup, after all, only about 200 teams entered the tournament, one winner had to emerge, for Qatar, we should keep our team basically intact and hope our players' feet will get hot, perhaps a few small adjustments can be made like having a video channel broadasting games of our national team twice a week, if live games are not scheduled, replay can be broadcast, so that our nation's attention on our team is constant, and scheduling friendlies with teams of other nations once a week, there's a Chinese saying, "We have a better chance in winning if we know ourselves and our opponents."| USA go, win it in Qatar! |
