Last year, I visited Ritz Maui. Their dining room introduced me the fish Branzino. Back in California, I found that this fish is widely available, at Whole Foods Market, at Ranch Market, and at Lion Supermarket. Sometimes, I cook this fish at home. Here're my steps:1. Separate fish meat from bones, discard the bones
2. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and thyme on the skinless side
3. Turn stove on to high and heat frying pan with a little bit of cooking olive oil in the pan
4. Place the skin side down in the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes
5. Turn to the skinless side and let it cook for 2 minutes
6. Turn off stove, remove fish from pan, and sprinkle some lemon juice on the fish
