To all the moms I know, happy Mother's Day! I see my mom and dad at their house almost everyday, it sometimes feels like a natural aging process for the three of us. One thing that I remember my mom with is her helping to lift a hot water heater into my hot water heater closet and hook up the incoming cold water line, outgoing hot water line, incoming natural gas line, and outgoing exhaust pipe. Years ago, during a trip to Lowe's, I noticed that they were selling many hot water heaters with a brand name I know("Whirlpool"). My refrigerator is Whirlpool. One day, I was taking a shower, water suddenly became cold. I immediately fetched a Whirlpool hot water heater from Lowe's. Mom happened to visit me at my house that day. She was so powerful and helped my install the water heater in no time. Hot water was back in the house. Thanks and happy Mother's Day, Mom!| Feng Zhou |
