I weighed myself last week. To my surprise, my weight broke the 180 lb barrier and dropped to high-170 lbs. My weight was in the 180 lb range for a long time, sometimes, it even went up to high-190 lbs. Thankfully, I don't remember seeing a 200. With the 170 lb reading, I feel I'm even more far away from high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, and diabetes. For reaching this significant milestone, I have to thank mom and dad. Recently, both my parents seemed to have developed a number of medical and mental health issues which required my around-the-clock listening to and help(Of course, the real work is performed by supermarkets, Amazon, big-box stores, mom-and-pop shops, nanny teams, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. You're my partners in eldercare.), sometimes it felt like I was at the hospital emergency room and the mental health hospital holding facility at the same time when I stepped into their house. Staying up day and night definitely is the recipe to my reaching a healthier level of body fat ratio(Next up, 160 lbs!). Mama and papa, for me, you're the true entertainers of the year. Thank you for keeping me entertained.
